Upon placing an order, you will be provided a tracking number from a third-party shipping company to which all concerns related to shipping shall be directed. Delivery dates are estimates only, for which Interior Doors Direct shall not accept liability associated with delays of any kind. v insures all shipments and does not assume responsibility for damage caused during shipping. In the event that an item arrives damaged or defective, Pivot Doors Direct shall repair or replace the item at its discretion, and all return shipping costs shall be covered by the Buyer.


All items sold by Interior Doors Direct are custom, original items. For this reason, we cannot accept returns for any reason.


Deliveries will only be made “curb side” Homeowners/contractor must have a minimum of four (4) people to unload materials from the truck. Otherwise the delivery will be returned and a re-schedule with additional delivery charge will be made.
